Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order.  We use different carriers depending on your location and fastest available service.  Typical delivery time frame is between 10 to 21 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delay.  As you may well know, even Australia Post has advised all their customers to start shopping for Christmas now!

We supply and ship from our warehouses which are located globally in Australia, USA, Europe and China.  We always try to ship for our local warehouses (unless stock has run out!) so you get your order as fast as possible.

 

Free Shipping - Inclusions & Exclusions

From time to time, free shipping may be offered on our products. 

The special offering could be applied on certain categories only and not valid for other categories.

It can also be offered based on the source warehouse and destination address.  Please check shipping (on checkout page) to confirm whether the product qualifies for free shipping or not.

Free shipping offer may not be used in conjunction with other special discount offers.

Please note that some items cannot be delivered to certain addresses and/or postcodes.

You can check shipping on the checkout page to confirm deliverability and/or cost of delivery. 

Alternatively, if you want to be sure, drop us a message on chat and/or our Contact Us page (and whitelist cozy @ cozyhub.com.au for responses) with information about the product and your desired delivery address.
